It depends what your definition of "rogue" is.  W2k DNS, by default,
tries to add machines to DNS when they join the network via dhcp.  If
it's Bradley's customer and he's got his W2k box set up to be a member
of his domain, and running it's own DNS, but for which dns is officially
hosted on Bradley's RaQ, then this is common behavior, and why most of
us who use W2k don't ever set up W2k DNS.

So I agree, it's not rogue W2k box behavior; it's normal (for Microsoft)
behavior <frown>.
