Hello,
I have a Qube2 which I am unable to use the C compiler working. I have
tried reinstalling various RPMs but to no available. Cobalt suggests
reformatting which I would rather not do at this time.
Could someone compile the dhcpcd client so I can get the WAN side of my
Qube2 using DHCP?
Cobalt suggests doing the following:
1) Download the dhcpcd package (dhcpcd-1.3.20-p10.tar.gz) from
ftp.phystech.com.
2) tar -zxvf dhcpcd-1.3.20-p10.tar.gz
3) cd dhcpcd-1.3.20-p10
4) ./configure
5) make
At that point, you could you tar up the file and I could get it from
you. Then I could just do a "make install" and get up and running in
the short term.
Any help would be *greatly* appreciated,
- Desmond
