OK guys, thanks for the help!

Here is the update of my problem (still no solution yet!!!)

1. The Raq 4i is brand new so no second-hand no custom modifications

2. The file is called index.html and it is in the proper directory (not
in the user but in the root of the account)

I hope that means /web.

3. With an FTP program the file looks ok. NO OTHER file is in that
directory (so no .htm or anything)

4. Downloaded back this file on my computer is the one that I put there
not the default Raq index.html file

5. With either Explorer AND Netscape (cache empty) on www.name.com I
STLL GET the default Raq Page and with www.name.com/index.html I GET my
own page! This is very strange and I have no idea where it came or how I
can get ride of the default Raq page so that evrybody can see the site
by typing www.name.com NOT www.name.com/inde.html

How about giving us the real name and letting us look

Maybe now, with these dates you can figure out what is going wrong!

Thanks again,
