I think you are confused about what DNS does, tho, i'm not certain. 
DNS is responsible for the NAME of your server only., it has nothing to do
with the data, content of web pages, etc. Having a secondary nameserver
means your domain name is copied somewhere else, but none of the data is,
you need something else entirely seperate if you want both servers to have
the same DATA on them.
