Is the rejected server a RaQ as well?  A quick search on Google for your
error message yielded some message forum traffic alluding to improper
message formatting from the rejected server as being a possible
culprit.  Do you know for sure that the rejected server is sending out
properly formatted messages?  (i.e., can other people receive mail from
that server?)

Can you telnet into the rejected server?  If so, you could telnet to
your RaQ3, port 25, and do a manual mail transmission session to see
where in the process everything breaks down...
