[cobalt-users] smtp refusing connection

I wrote once before last week about this problem I'm having, but no one
replied, I thought I would give it another try.
I have a Raq3 server that is refusing to accept mail from another server I
have.  The Raq3 is receiving mail from all other places as far as I know,
but it is just refusing to receive messages from this particular one.  This
is the message I get back from the server that is trying to send the message
to the Raq3:
MDeferred: Connection refused by smtp.myserver.com
I have tried looking at logs, but I can't find anything wrong with either
server that would make the Raq3 do this.  Does anyone have any idea of what
I could try?
