have them try both the FQDN AND the IP. they arent always real clear what
they want in the fields.

its a shame they also disabled the email forms for the most part. used to be
able to just email the form to them and it would start the process. not
anymore. if you have an acct with NS, you gotta start with the web page or
nothing.
