This is either a typo, or a possible reason: you created a file called
/etc/mail/alias.listar, but told sendmail to look for
/etc/mail/aliases.listar. Note the missing "es" in the first one I
mentioned.
Is listar a cgi program (as is majordomo)? If so, did you put a link to
it in the "smrsh" directory?
