If you have a RaQ3 or RaQ4, install an SSL certificate on the "base"
domain on the server.  Then all admin interfaces for all domains will
become https-encrypted.

Side benefit: any other SSL-enabled virtual site without its own SSL
cert will share the base domain's cert.
Side negative: if the SSL certificate is self-signed, all site admins
will get the browser pop-up warning message that the cert signer is
unknown etc (until the site admin adds your cert to their browsers stash
of "known good" certs).

If you're on MIPS RaQ (1 or 2), you have to go to
http://order.brosoft.net/ and purchase SSL support from them first...
