Nope. The _30_ days of free support stopped once our integration with
Sun is complete. The only methods of getting free support now is to use
the KnowledgeBase or moderated Forums at
http://www.sun.com/service/suncobalt/

Yep, all official Sun Cobalt patches are listed at
http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/ (then pick your product).
Install all PKGs in chronological order (bottom of the web page to the
top) to ensure you're up to date. Currrent count: 38 patches... :)
