If this is a brand new unit, you should have (if memory serves...) 90
days of calls on that unit.
With me, the 90 day clock didn't start unit I called the first time.
According to Cobalt, the patches as listed on their site are the only
supported patches. If you put any other on there, you might as well not
bother calling the support line.....
