OK, it's definately a GIF problem, note the "undefined symbol:
gdImageCreateFromGif"
You have to install something else.
I installed PHP from source, so I am not familiar with the pkgs.
I think someone on here mentioned the grapuics problem

Who knows the light is an idiot, I have a raq2 that has the ftp
light on all the time, but ftp works fine and IS running
