I wonder why you did that?
I assume that now you cannot boot at all.
You will either have to reprogram the EEPROM externally from a source code
binary perhaps obtained from another known good EEPROM. For this though you
will need access to a programmer machine suitable for the device.
Alternatively:-
Buy a new programmed chip from Cobalt.
Find a dead Raq3 and pull the chip.
See if Cobalt will reburn the chip for you.
