You simply need to create a reverse lookup (PTR) record for that IP address. You can do this from the Cobalt admin pages.
Site Administration/Control Panel/DNS Server Parameters
Then choose "PTR" from the "Add..." Combo box.
Put in the IP and the domain name you want it to resolve to, then save the results.
