If(and only if) I remember right,
inside the proc directory there's a "folder"(its virtual and generated only
when accessed so it doesn't really exist in the sense that its on disk
anywhere) for each process running.

So in that case it would be that something's requested the sid of process
27947, so I'd assume that in the time between the requesting program decided
it wanted the sid of 27947 and the time it got around to requesting same,
that process had died and so the "folder" doesn't exist anymore.

I assume from the www its the www user/service/something,
and this info probably doesn't really tell you anything you don't already
know,
but I'd assume its pretty ok if I understand it, nothing more harmful than a
page fault in windows(not an invalid one, a normal, nice one where the
cached data isn't in cache anymore and it needs to be re-fetched).

but i might be wrong, i frequently am :)
