I use to get duplicates of every message I got from the list.  I was able to
track it to a problem with the "Save a copy on server" option in Outlook
Express..  I had my email at work setup to save a copy so that I could
receive them at home also and keep an archive here..  Well, with so many
messages coming in from the list every day, it kept f-ing it up..  For some
reason, it was keeping them on the server, but not remembering that it
already got those..  So everytime it checked for new messages, I got
duplicates of all the ones I had already received as well as new ones..  So
I had ended up with about 5 copies of each message.  But, when I shut off
the "Save" function in Outlook, all was fine and dandy..  Hmm, go figure..
But check that, it might or might not be your problem..
