[cobalt-users] Qube 3 rear panel button not responding

I have this qube 3 installed for about 6month. Once in a while user will 
report mail server hanging and web pages not loading. We will then go and 
restart it from the web managment page. Recently the condition has became 
worse. The login page doesn't load even if we force 
http://domainname.com:444/login or even the full path from the history 
folder. Even if I go over to the server, the button were not responding. I 
have to press the power button to switch it off. But i am afraid by doing 
that will corrupt the OS and loss data soon. What could be wrong here. Is 
the hardware faulty? It is happening more and more often. at least once 
every week.
