[cobalt-users] Posting in languages other than English

Maybe a post in a language other than English should be marked with "Please
Translate" in the very 1st line, or even in the subject line?  The original text
and the English text can then be submitted by the person doing the translation,
and the rest of the subscribers can take it from there (which is what happened
with the Qube/php.ini post).

There might be other options as well?
