=============

My ssh clients are putty and SSH Secure Shell Client, both running under Windows.

On my RaQ3, I changed the config file /etc/ssh/sshd_config. I changed the port value from 22 to another port (pick one you like). I changed Protocol to 2, instead of 1,2. Then I restarted the sshd daemon.

You also need to change your clients to use the new port when they connect. Look in the config file, or config screens of your client software.

A couple of caveats: (1) make a backup of the sshd_config file before you make any changes to it, and (2) if ssh is your only means to get at the command line for your RaQ, then test the new port before you break the connection to the old port.
