That error means they attempted to check the mailbox while it was already 
being checked... make sure VPOP is only configured to check the mailbox 
once or the frequency is not set too short.

For instance if they are chekcing every minute the first session may still 
be downloading email when a minute later the second tried to poll the same 
mailbox.
