True! Or another issue could be the user is locked on the cobalt.
you can run these commands in the shell.
cd /var/spool/mail
ls -la |grep .pop
By doing those commands, you will see if you have any users with a .pop
Lock
If you find one, just use the "rm" command and delete the .pop file.
If you do not have experience in the shell, I would recommend having someone
help you because the"rm" command could be deadly if not used correctly.
