Which indicates these guys have no clue. I've moved between three SDSL
providers in the past three years, for my access from home, and service
has gotten progressively worse. With my current provider I had to move
my personal RaQ into colo, things got so bad. And I now stay at least a
month behind in paying them, so if they fail, I'm the one ahead.

I would NOT depend on this for any kind of commercial hosting.
