We've installed new, independent majordomo configurations. They work
fine; you can have as many copies of majordomo on a RaQ as you want.
There are issues though. We used to offer this as a service; we no
longer do so as I ran into some "issues" with multiple domains <frown>.
We used to put them at /usr/local/majord, but we've since installed them
at /home/majordomo, since it has a lot more space.
I may offer this service again in the future, but will more likely end
up installing mailman.
