Usually this type of error is caused by a connection to smtp (port 25) and the
connector did not issue a 'QUIT'. swatch can do this but it usually happens at
15 minute intervals :00 :15 :30 :45

It basically means that host.domain connected to your MTA but didn't issue any
commands. Unless this happens very often, you can ignore this. If it happens
very often, it's either someone playing around or it's a network problem.

I would contact hostmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and see what is going on.
In the mean time you may want to block them using ipchains. I would tell the
hostmaste that your intent is to block them, until they fix it, send to Domain
