Usually this type of error is caused by a connection to smtp (port 25)
and the connector did not issue a 'QUIT'. swatch can do this but it
usually happens at 15 minute intervals :00 :15 :30 :45

It basically means that host.domain connected to your MTA but didn't
issue any commands. Unless this happens very often, you can ignore this.
If it happens very often, it's either someone playing around or it's a
network problem.

I would contact hostmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and see what is
going on. In the mean time you may want to block them using ipchains. I
would tell the hostmaste that your intent is to block them, until they
fix it, send to Domain
contact: hostmaster@xxxxxxxxx
