I've seen that error when my ISP was having connection problems. Ask your
customer to run a traceroute when he gets an error message and send you the
results.
You may want to open the site live in FrontPage and run Tools -- Recalculate
Hyperlinks. Also, make sure the customer NEVER uses FTP and only uses
FrontPage to publish the site HTML and images.
