Thanks for all your tips and suggestions. I just added
the IP range to IPChains based on your tips and
examples. :-)
I do have one question, I thought this would be a good
thing to know for furture reference.

After entering this information into /etc/mail/access,
is this the correct command to rebuild the db?
makemap hash access < access
I'm just taking that command from this page which I
found tonight. It talks about the access file and how
to rebuild it after making changes -

Why only 128.134 for DISCARD and not 128.134.28?
