fpx == FrontPage eXtensions.
It's the vhost block for the site questpcs.jennyv.com which is most
definitely *not* www.jennyv.com, hence the different site number. Did you
set up a new site and then switch on FPX for that specific site? Looks just
like a backup file dropped there by a script to me.
You're too paranoid :) but that's probably a good thing...
