Hi
hopefully a quick question for someone!!
We run weekly backups on our server using the gui built in facility, it
backs up by ftp to a virtual server held on the actual server itself, we
then log in once a week to this account and download the file to our main
office (the server is co-hosted).
The question I have is, is there a way we can test or look at the downloaded
file to make sure its okay.. I mean without having to reload the file theres
no way of knowing that what were backing up would be any good!
we download the file to a windows machine for storage so could it be
unzipped or something similar??
many thanks for your help
Steve
