Can't understand this, I've just tested it on one of my user accounts (RaQ4i
from Magic Moments!) and everything works exactly as expected. The test
message I sent to their account got forwarded to the ISP account as per
usual befpore and after logging in as them into their neomail screen (I did
get permission)

Good aren't they, the tech support guys at HostEurope and Magic Moments!!
All I can say is that the latest release (3) works perfectly on my RaQ4 and
I do not experience the same problem you list.
