[cobalt-users] Neomail problems stops mail forwarding

Hi,

I've just installed the Neomail 1.25 pkg, which seemed to go 
smoothly and I could use Neomail to read and send mail.

The problem is that most users are set up to have mail forwarded 
to their ISP accounts and since the install this is no longer 
happening. 

I've just spent a tense hour on the phone to my hosts tech support, 
who after pointing out that the Neomail pkg is not supported by 
Sun, were absolutely wonderful in talking me through uninstalling 
Neomail, and finally persuading sendmail to send on all the mail in 
the queue.

I'm glad to say that everything is now working (thank you Host 
Europe/Magic Moments) but I wondered if anyone else could throw 
some light on the problem? I liked the idea of Neomail, it would be 
great to have it as a feature on our virtual sites, but I really can do 
without the adrenaline overload triggered when I realised that no 
one was receiving any mail :)
