[cobalt-users] web interface says internal error

I recently upgraded perl on my RAQ4, and now when I go to the Server 
Management web interface, I get cgi-wrap's "Internal Server Error" 
message.

where do i even start? Is there documentation (outside of the $600 
education bundle from Sun) about what changes to system files the cobalt 
makes?
