Recheck the users client software... and make sure they dont have this set.
I have seen this problem before.
Can you duplicate this problem yourself or are you just receiving this
problem info. from the end user.
Also, does anyother user on the site have the same problem or is it just
that user.
If not, give the user a different logon name, and create an alias from them
of the orig. username and see if that clears it up. At any rate this gives
you a chance to narrow the problem down and report back.
