Yes the customer is simply trying to link from one of his pages to that a
page called .html
Some bigger websites use this kind of technique
http://www.mydomain.com/directory/?language=en&color=FFFFFF
Because they can specify the DirectoryIndex to be be something else then the
standard index.* file, this makes it harder for eventual beginner hackers to
fetch the source code, but it can still be called passing arguments.
Just ask your customer if he knows why those errors appears, maybe he'll
have a clue.
