[cobalt-users] Default Page for Site

Looking for the RaQ4 location of the script that Cobalt uses to
read the template html file in /etc/skel/group/en_US/web
and create the /home/sites/sitex/web/index.html

Intended use would be to create a generic index.html file for the new
site and something like mysite.html that would contain the
functionality of the presently created index.html

At this point I've got the "look" changes made, and the user admin and
site admin functions work with rewrite=off in httpd.conf

If someone can point the way, and I can get it all to work, I'll be happy
to make it available via one of my autoreponders.
