[cobalt-users] List Management

I am trying to add a list under my main site or any site, and when I hit ok
i get

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
the serve encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
and was unable to complete your request

Does anyone know why this is, is there some patch I can uninstall and then
reinstall

Also once I have added it and I get the error message, if i try adding the
same user
list with the same name it comes back and tells me that list is already
created.

Is there some config file I can check to see if they are in there or so I
can delete them,
cause I probably have liek 50 in there by now.
