If the RealServer service is already running when PortSentry starts 
up, then PortSentry won't be able to bind to that port and block 
anything.
One option might be to stop PortSentry, try to access the port. That 
will let you know if it's really PS causing you trouble. If you get 
the same result, fire PS back up and watch the logs - it should say 
that it can't bind to the port RealServer is running on.
