If you checked http://box.name.com , then it could well be that PortSentry 
is blocking your access to the RealServer admin port. If your RealServer 
admin server is running on, say, port 12345, check to make sure port 12345 
is not blocked by checking your PortSentry config files 
(/usr/local/psonic/portsentry/portsentry.conf is the default).
