[cobalt-users] Eicon ISDN (external) and Qube

We have a Qube 3 Pro which we assumed we could use to connect to the
internet using an ISDN modem (in this case, Eicon Diva T/A). The
instructions in the Qube users manual are pretty straight forward, so we
simply followed them and then tested the configuration. Although the Qube
seems to be sending a signal to the modem (leds flash, etc.), the Qube
test returns an error message saying that it can't find the modem. We have
tested the modem with both Windows NT and 2000, and it does function,
although there were lots more config steps invloved then the simple setup
in the Qube's gui.

I have looked at the entire cobalt-users archive and the knowledge base,
and don't see other mention of this problem. I do see that lots of you use
Qubes with ISDN. so I know it's possible. Can anyone point me at a
resource that will help me set this up properly?

Thanks.
