[cobalt-users] Now cgi program won't run

Server Hosts have fixed the priviledges, now I have to use a different user
for each domain. h well I can deal with that for a while, however now it has
lost cgi usage below is the error on formmail some don;t display an error
but they don't run either even webadverts banner ad program has stopped
dGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Any one have a simple fix since they can't seem to get me up tonight. I have
about one more day before the old server goes away and these haven't been
snugged into thier new home yet :(
