I'm setting up a new RAQ4R and started to install patches in pkg files.
"glibc Update 0.0.1" downloads ok but when installing, the process stops and
reports that the pkg file is corrupt.
It seems that without this file, I can't progress sequentially through the
updates as each depends on being installed in the correct order. Is this a
known problem with this particular file or can anyone tell me whether there
is a known set of circumstances which cause it to be viewed as corrupt.
The filename is RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8061.pkg
As an aside, should I be surprised that a computer out of the box a week ago
still requires patches issued last December?
tks in advance for any help
