Ok, I agree that NS isn't the greatest company when you run into a little
trouble, BUT when done right the changes are made properly AND quickly!  I
have about 40 domains there which, @ one point or another have needed changes
made to their accounts.  Even needed to change the DNS on all of them when I
leased a Raq.  They were all done BY THE NEXT DAY as I switched to using the
CRYPT-PW instead of MAIL-FROM as my authentication scheme.  They sent out an
e-mail telling clients to switch to CRYPT-PW as soon as possible.  Since then
I have NEVER (knock on wood) had a single problem!

The biggest problems arise when an admin contact's e-mail addy is NO longer
valid...
