I just got a Raq from cobaltracks. The price is right, but this is another
company that you cannot get on the phone. Their email trouble ticket system
works OK. My problem with them is they have given me two sets of bad IP
numbers, so after two weeks I have still not been able to register my name
servers. I thought it was me as a RAQ idiot doing something wrong, but the
IPs they have given me are registered to other name servers, so it appears
it is their problem. I am going nuts. Is this a common problem with
assigning IP addresses.
