Yes, we've been using it since it first became available.  It works fine.
The new release has most of the CDO NewMail functionality (as opposed to the
first release, which did not support HTML mail).  The file upload works
quite well, but it does fail quietly from time to time - the process appears
to work, but the file never makes it into the directory - no warning, it
just doesn't work occasionally. Because of this, I always provide a view of
the uploaded image immediately on the 'success' page.  If a broken image
appears, the image didn't make it.
