[cobalt-users] all very confusing to me

Hello,
I am not a linux guru but just a plain old newbie.
I have a raq2. am new to it.
I use nt/webpro2.
I had a site that i used ws_ftp to ftp to the raq box.
however none of the links work. what do i have to do to get them to work. they work on the webpro2 with no problems.

also why do i see site1, site2,site3 and the www.onesite.com, wwwtwosite.com www.threesite.com in the direcotry ?

also it says on the default homepage for the raq to do this
Type cd /web, press Return or Enter. This takes you to the directory for your site home page however that puts them into the users/username/web which is NOT the sites homepage.

If someone could please explain i would greatly appreciate it.
