*Seems* to work with SurfPlus, definitely does not work with TopText.
I need to do some more testing with SurfPlus to determine whether
it's actually blocking it or not.

In the article that started this thread, it said that M$ had backed
off of the use of SmartTags because of these very issues (copyright,
etc.). But if the technology is still there in IE, then that could be
how these theives are doing it.

I believe that the SmartTags are in the new version of Office. They have backed off from putting it in the new version of Windows.
