I came up with the idea of designing all my sites on a yellow background so
that even if something was highlighted, the user wouldn't know.. :) Below
is a copy of an email I fired off to Ezula... I'll let you guys know if I
get a response from them and what type of response it was.. If there is no
way to prevent it from highlighting links on individual sites, then I say we
should have a nice class action lawsuit on our hands.. What they are doing
violates copyright laws everywhere..

To Whom it May Concern,
Is there a way for a single web site to block TopText from highlighting
words within it's web pages? As a web developer, I hold the work I do
on the web sacred, it is an art.. Your software actually alters the way
my "Art" appears to the end user, not to mention allows for a user to
unwittingly leave any of my sites to go to a site which I might not even
endorse or might be a competitor of the site which they were visiting
originally.. At least with pop-ups and the like, each webmaster has to
make that decision to put that on their sites.. None of the sites I
design contain advertising, and none ever will.. Please tell me there is
a way to block this.. Thank you for your time..
