Are you sure it's an hour? Based on the 3-drive RAID-5 configuration
you can reasonably expect 20-30 minutes for it to run through the
whole reboot/check-disk routine if it was powered down incorrectly.
If you hold the "Cobalt" button in until the machine shuts off, this
is not the correct way to do it. You only need to press it once, then
confirm a proper shutdown it through the LCD console. The other ways
are a reboot through the GUI or the proper shutdown telnet command.
