Since this is the IP that your site actually exists on, this is the
IP that you use for your cert.
The name servers are just that - nameservers - they are not your
actual site.
If you change your mind later, know this - I bought an Equifax cert a
while back. Then not too much later, I changed servers (and IPs).
Reinstalled the cert on the new server and even with the new IP, it
works just fine and dandy.
Given the notes I've read here and there about other certs not
allowing people to change IP addies, I'll be purchasing Equifax certs
from here on out...
