[cobalt-users] SSL Certificate and Moving Main site

Need some help thinking this one through
my system is setup with nothing in /home/sites/home...for whatever
reason it got placed in /home/sites/site2 (most likely because I
made it the first virtual site.

So, it turns out that
ns1.mydomain.com is using my first IP address, and home/sites/home
ns2.mydomain.com is using my second IP address and /home/sites/site1
And my "main site" is using my third IP address(for all the virtual sites)
and home/sites/site2

I realize that to use SSL I'll need a dedicated IP...so:
Do I delete the main site, then set it up again using the first IP(which
would place it in /home/sites/home)-which means I delete the NS1 site.
or
Assign it the first IP number(which means it is sharing the IP of NS1.
or
Assign it the second IP number(which means it is sharing the IP of NS2.

I am totally confused, other than knowing I have to use a dedicated IP
address for the site using SSL.

Any help, points to the archives, etc. appreciated.
